2025-2026 Indoor Season

Our indoor option will once again be offered for the winter months. We are exceptionally pleased that it is growing in popularity.

  • With the vast majority of players returning this season from the spring and a small group of others indicating their desire to join, we currently do not have any available spots. We are keeping a waiting list, so please use the leagueKeeper link below to get yourself on the list for when openings arise. They are honored in a first-come, first-served manner.
  • If you wish to participate but there is not a spot available for you, please either register on the waiting list or contact the coordinator directly. We are contemplating expanding our indoor options and this information is very helpful for us.
  • Play happens at the Afrims facility in Malta.
  • Games are on Sunday evenings starting at 7:30 PM and ending at 9:00 PM.
  • There will be 2 sessions of 10 weeks a piece. Games will be on Sunday nights.
  • Session 1 will start on November 9, 2025 and run through January 11, 2026.
  • Session 2 will run from January 18, 2026 through March 29, 2026. There will be no game on Super Bowl Sunday (February 8).
  • Registrations will be on a per session basis (no full season option).
  • We organize ourselves using a "pick-up" style of play. Each player should bring a white and a dark (no gray) shirt each week as we make teams at the start of play.
  • The fee per player is $110 per session.
  • This season we are open to players over 30. Some exceptions can be made. Please contact the coordinator directly if you are seeking an exception.
  • We are limited to 28 players due to field availability. Players will be accepted in the order of receipt of registration. Goalkeepers are given an advantage.
  • We play for an hour and a half and often have substitutes or even teams that rotate on and off periodically (depending on turnout). Please be ready and willing to "sub out" so that everybody gets a good amount of playing time.
  • Afrims has an annual membership fee that is required of all players in our league. This is a separate charge and it is your responsibility to handle this registration, which is different and separate from our league registration. Their membership page is here.
  • The league runs primarily through email. Please make sure your current email address is up to date in leagueKeeper to get notifications.

The Registration Process is online (except for payment, which must be done in-person). Please read the following carefully.

  • We have gone paperless—your registration must be completed online.
  • New players must contact the Coordinator to receive an account.
  • If you have registered online with us for a previous season, your account should be active and your username and password are still valid. Thus, you can register immediately. Go here for the online system: CPARSL leagueKeeper.
  • If you wish to register, but haven't used the online system, please contact the Coordinator for your username and password as well as instructions on where and how to register.
  • The registration fee will be collected the first evening you play. Cash or check (made out to Clifton Park Adult Soccer) are fine. We are looking into an electronic payment option for the future.
  • If you did NOT participate in the 2025 Outdoor Season, you MUST register one week prior to your first game to satisfy insurance requirements.
  • The online process requires just 3 simple steps, which can be completed in mere minutes:
    1. Verify your basic information (name, birthdate, address, contact and emergency information);
    2. electronically sign the Release of Liability form (if you did not register in the Outdoor Season); and,
    3. click to register.

Please Join Our Non-Contact Walking Soccer Program

It’s all the rage in England and we’re looking to establish this option for older players in our community!

Here is a link to a short video explaining the game in case you're not familiar with the concept: Non-Contact Walking Football

Play Guidelines

The play is informal, in keeping with our charter as a recreational league dedicated to "friendly play for fun and fitness." While informal, we do tend to abide by the FIFA laws regarding play. The following items are, however, noteworthy.

  • We play without referees, so everyone is on the honor system and the players are expected to be self-policing. Consensus rules. In the absense of consensus, the league coordinator decides.
  • We don't keep a formal clock and only break when we feel like it.
  • We do our best to not injure ourselves and others. Slide tackles are expressly forbidden and contact with anything but the ball is strongly discouraged.
  • All free kicks are indirect.
  • No official score is kept, no standings are kept.
